Monoblock refrigeration unit for cold storage is a kind of equipment which integrates compressor, condenser, evaporator and other necessary refrigeration parts in a whole structure, specially designed to provide refrigeration service for cold storage.

This one-piece design has the advantages of easy installation, small space occupation and relatively simple system. The working principle of an integrated cold storage refrigeration unit is as follows:

The compressor draws in the low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator and converts it into a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant through compression.

The high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the condenser, in which the refrigerant dissipates heat to the surrounding environment and gradually cools and condenses into high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant.

The liquid refrigerant passes through the throttling device (e.g. expansion valve) to reduce pressure and temperature, and becomes low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant.

The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator, absorbing the heat inside the cold storage in the evaporator, thus reducing the temperature inside the cold storage, and the refrigerant itself evaporates into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which is again sucked by the compressor, and so on, to achieve continuous refrigeration.
