Nano Anti-corrosion Coating Process for Heat Exchangers


Radiator nano anti-corrosion, applied to different metal materials and other composite surfaces, long-lasting and easy to clean, to replace the traditional anodic oxidation and chroming treatment, to achieve high-strength anticorrosion function, but also brings a high degree of anti-abrasion, anti-scratch, increase the effect of the metal texture, so that the metal surface will always remain clean and bright.

[Property] Liquid, bright, transparent, colourful.

[Suitable substrate] aluminium, stainless steel, copper, magnesium, etc.

[Adhesive] Polysiloxane, eucalyptus, resin

[Solid content] Approx. 22%.

[Viscosity] 48"/2mm cup, 12"/4mm cup (T=20°C)

[Pretreatment] Alkaline wash (aluminium, magnesium) without chromic acid

[Coating] Dipping, spraying, roll coating

[Temperature Resistance] -60°C ~ +275°C
